Urgent OEM Specific Notification: Honda GX120 becoming non-CARB compliant
The GX120 will soon become non-CARB Compliant in the USA. Production engines from the 1st of January 2023 will not be compliant. The ‘new’ variant will be a UT3X as opposed to the current UT3.
UT3X engines will continue to be compliant in the remaining ’49 states’.
Supplier Price Increases
Effective for all deliveries from the dates shown below (Regardless of when the order was placed). New price lists will be available to download from our website shortly prior to the effective dates
Briggs & Stratton Parts & Engines: 1st April 2023.
Honda Engines & Accessory Kits: 1st April 2023.
Kawasaki Parts (low demand items for older engines only): 3rd April 2023.
Yanmar Engines: 2nd April 2023.
Please note that some suppliers may impose price increases without prior notification, in these rare cases they will become effective immediately.
In addition (due to rising freight costs) our carriage charges will also be reviewed shortly & implemented during March 2023.
Engine Manufacturer Production Delays
*Long lead-times for certain engines are still a major concern, please urgently review your current stock & future requirements!*
Production capacity, component sourcing, shipping constraints & post-Brexit delays remain an issue across all engine manufacturers for certain models.
We strongly advise all customers (Especially OEM’s) to confirm current & future requirements ASAP (Covering both 2023 & 2024).
Place firm orders now with future call-off dates to get in the queue for our current stock & future deliveries (Large volume future call-off orders may be subject to a payment/stocking plan).
